laptop kena some idoit virus. Cant run just hanged at desktop forever so got it reformatted.
blahhhh! Monday waited until ard 7pm for the rain to stop, in the end from drizzle become heavy rain. Today finally gt chance to train with the IVPs... the siren came on cos of lightnings halfway through!!! SIANNNNNN.. den have to those leg breaking physical trainings. Feeling something on my tummy, thighs, calves, shoulders and yada yada yada~ i hope this will help in my slimming down plan. pls dont gain muscles too much pls dont.. just tone it yooo~
